I cannot access my account

If you cannot access your account with the biometric access or by using your password, we recommend you reinstall the 2gether app and try again by entering your email and password manually. If this doesn’t work, please email us at support@2gether.global.

We’d also like to remind you that the use of proxy servers and VPN to access the app is not allowed.
