TOP-UP THROUGH BANK TRANSFER

I have made a transfer top-up, but I have not received it

Transfer top-ups usually take 2-3 working days to be displayed in your Euro account.

If more than 3 working days have passed since the transfer, please send an email to support@2gether.global and attach the following information:

 

  • Proof of the transfer
  • Time and date you made the recharge
  • Amount of the top-up
