TOP-UP THROUGH BANK TRANSFER
I have made a transfer top-up, but I have not received it
You can report your issue following these steps:
- Go to Personal Area > Help and support > Report an issue
- Select “Euro deposits” and provide the requested information. It’s very important that you explain your issue as accurately as possible in “Description of the problem”, since it will help us speed up the resolution process.
- Once you fill all the fields, click on “Send” so our Founder Care team can receive your issue.
- We will contact you within 1 to 3 days to inform you about the resolution of your issue or request more information about it.
