CARD TOP-UPS

I have done a card top-up, but I have not yet received the amount

Card top-ups are usually displayed in your Euro account as soon as they are made.

If the top-up takes longer than one hour to be displayed on your Euro account, please send an email to support@2gether.global, and attach the following information so that we can analyze what happened:

 

  • Proof of movement;
  • Time and date of the recharge;
  • Amount of the top-up
