I have lost my 2gether card or my 2gether card has been stolen

First of all, you must lock your physical card by following the steps:

 

  1. Access the “Personal area” of ​​the app.
  2. Select the “2gether card” section.
  3. In “Card status”, make sure that it appears as switched off..

 

Subsequently, request a duplicate of your card by sending an email to support@2gether.global.

Please note that once you request a duplicate, your current card will no longer be operational.
