I have lost my 2gether card or my 2gether card has been stolen

First of all, in these cases, you must block your card:

 

  1. Access the “Personal area” of ​​the app.
  2. Select the “2gether card” section.
  3. Press the switch in the “Card status” section and make sure it appears as inactive.
  4. Subsequently, request a duplicate of your card by sending an email to support@2gether.global.

 

Keep in mind that once you request a duplicate, your old 2gether card will be permanently canceled and you will not be able to spend your crypto or euros until you receive and activate your new card.
