I have lost my 2gether card or my 2gether card has been stolen
First of all, you must lock your physical card by following the steps:
- Access the “Personal area” of the app.
- Select the “2gether card” section.
- In “Card status”, make sure that it appears as switched off..
Subsequently, request a duplicate of your card by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that once you request a duplicate, your current card will no longer be operational.
