I cannot pay with my 2gether card

First, make sure that you have selected a payment method where you have enough balance.

Once you have done this, we recommend you check with the establishment in case there has been a failure of their POS. If that is the case, please try to pay in another establishment  to make sure that your 2gether card is not the problem.
